Meet Your Team

The ACEC Retirement Trust works together with industry leaders to provide a program that ensures that many of the fiduciary responsibilities inherent in running a retirement plan are fulfilled and that costs are controlled.

Plan design consulting and educational services are offered through The Barrette Investment Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, who helps you make the most of your retirement program by delivering employee education and assisting you with reporting, and responding to your retirement needs.

ERISA counsel is provided by K&L Gates, LLP., who combine substantive knowledge of employee benefits law (and the overlapping fields of labor, employment, securities, healthcare, and insurance law) and the talents of skilled class action litigators and trial lawyers.

Investment advisory services are provided through CAPTRUST Financial Advisors, an experienced fiduciary partner who delivers clear, unbiased advice using specialized resources and expertise to guide institutional investors towards informed decisions.

Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC and its financial advisors provide non-fiduciary services only. They do not provide investment advice [as defined under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 as amended ("ERISA")], have any discretionary authority with respect to the plan, make any investment or other decisions on behalf of the plan, or otherwise take any action that would make them fiduciaries to the plan under ERISA.
