Participants can take control of their accounts through Prudential's participant website-www.prudential.com/online/retirement-which offers participants a comprehensive view of their account holdings, and provides them with tools to review and update their portfolio. Integrated within the site are a host of educational components such as articles, frequently asked questions, interactive calculators, and online courses.
One of the biggest challenges facing retirement providers and plan sponsors has always been informing and motivating employees to save for retirement. That's why we work closely with our advisors and consultants to maximize participation using group meetings and enrollment sessions. You will also be supported by education materials aimed at helping participants improve their retirement savings behaviors, such as:
